Ashton Kutcher: 'Two and a Half Men' will go through the roof -- PHOTO

Ashton Kutcher showed on up on Late Show with David Letterman for his appearance tonight in his “anti-fatwa” gear, poking fun at the jihadist death threat against the talk-show host. “You can’t be too careful sitting next to a guy with a fatwa,” Kutcher said.

Then Kutcher discussed his new role on Two and a Half Men and agreed with a strong prediction about its chances for success. “From the beginning, I said this was a tremendous combination,” Letterman said of Kutcher’s casting on the long-running comedy. “It’s going to go through he roof.”

“I think it’s going to go through the roof,” Kutcher agreed. “I’ve been laughing really hard.” Here’s a video preview:
