Maria Shriver files for divorce from Arnold Schwarzenegger

Posted on

Looks like she won’t be back. Nearly two months after Maria Shriver and Arnold Schwarzenegger announced their separation, Shriver officially filed for divorce on Friday, reports People. Shriver is reportedly citing irreconcilable differences, and is calling for shared custody of the couple’s sons, Patrick, 17, and Christopher, 13. (They also have two daughters, Katherine, 21, and Christina, 19.)

In May, the former governor of California admitted to fathering a child out of wedlock with the family’s longtime housekeeper, Mildred Baena. That son is now 13. Shriver, 55, and Schwarzenegger, 63, have been married for 25 years.
