Lindsay Lohan restraining order

Posted on

The Associated Press reports that Superior Court Judge David Cowan has granted a temporary restraining order to Lindsay Lohan against 38-year-old David Cocordan, a man who has sent the actress more than 100 texts over the past two years. Said Lohan in her legal filing: “Given this obsessive and harassing behavior, I am frightened of Mr. Cocordan and feel that my personal safety, and the safety of those around me, is in jeopardy.” On June 8, Judge Cowan will decide whether or not to extend the order to three years. Cocordan could not be reached for comment.
