Gary Busey talks Meat Loaf, Buseyisms with Jimmy Kimmel: Watch!

Posted on

Jersey ShoreThe mysterious Gary Busey dropped by Jimmy Kimmel Live! last night to visit with his biggest fan. (Kimmel would like to see him on every reality show possible.) Watch the two-part interview below. Naturally, Busey spent much of the time teeing off on his Celebrity Apprentice castmates, saying Team Backbone was filled with backstabbers who were jealous and afraid of him and wanted him off the show. “When you see Lil John, John Rich, and Meat Loaf, you know somewhere, there’s three villages missing their idiots,” he said. As for Meat Loaf’s now famous freak-out, Busey said, “I was standing there like a military general with integrity and dignity. I let him vent. I gave him the space he needed to shout and rumble. And I was laughing at him inside, but I was feeling sorry for him in my eyes.” He said he’d return for the series finale like “a heat-seeking missile.” (Kimmel preferred to think of it as a “Meat-seeking missile.”)

Busey also read Kimmel’s body language and declared him very happy in his personal life, and plugged his forthcoming book of Buseyims, his original acronyms for words such as faith (fantastic adventures in trusting him), fun (finally understanding nothing), sober (son of a bitch, everything’s real), memory (making exciting moments on remaining years), and bad (baloney and dirt).
