Emmy nominated Friday Night Lights star Connie Britton is headed from a football story to an American Horror Story: EW has confirmed that the former Tami Taylor is set to star in the network’s drama pilot American Horror Story, which comes from Glee creators Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk. Details about the pilot are scant, but Britton is set to play Vivien Harmon, the wife of a therapist, who will be the show’s other central character and has yet to be cast.
