Clint Eastwood’s Hereafter, the Matt-Damon film that features a terrifying re-enactment of the 2004 Indonesian tsunami, has been pulled from Japanese movie theaters, according to the AP. Warner Entertainment Japan Inc official Satoru Otani said that the film’s tsunami scenes were “not appropriate” in light of the horrible devastation caused by Friday’s earthquake and tidal surge.
