'The King's Speech' wins Toronto Film Festival audience award

The King’s Speech has won the audience award at the Toronto Film Festival, all but cementing its status as an eventual Best Picture nominee. The British drama, about a king’s attempts to overcome a stutter, stars Colin Firth and Geoffrey Rush. The last two audience prize winners were Precious and Slumdog Millionaire.
