If you’ve seen Nancy Meyers comedies like 2000’s What Women Want and 2003’s Something’s Gotta Give, then you have a pretty good idea of what’s in store in It’s Complicated: The female characters are loaded, live in perfectly decorated houses brimming with fresh-cut flowers, and get together with their gal pals and bash the no-good men in their lives over pinot grigio. Meyers’ pandering and predictable Ephron-lite formula centers on Streep and Baldwin, who play amusing exes who fall back into the sack, but without nearly the number of complications the title would have you believe. The EXTRAS include a vanilla commentary from Meyers and her crew and a making-of that’s basically an excuse for the actors to gush over one another. C+
