Justin Beiber’s manager was arrested today in Long Island, N.Y. in connection with the pop singer’s appearance last November at a local mall. Scott Braun, 28, surrendered today and will be arraigned on charges of reckless endangerment and criminal nuisance. According to police, when the crowd at Bieber’s mall appearance became unruly, it took Braun 1.5 hours to send two Twitter messages that the event had been canceled, though his lawyer said it took seven minutes. Braun faces up to a year in prison if convicted. Police also arrested a vice president at Bieber’s record label.
