Sarah Palin's reality show close to finding a network

Posted on

Sarah Palin’s proposed reality show, in which she’d take viewers on a travelogue-type tour of of her home state of Alaska, could wind up in the hands of either A&E or the Discovery Networks, Variety reports. The two networks are reportedly finalizing their bids for the program, which is being produced by Mark Burnett (Survivor, The Apprentice) and may cost around $1 million per episode. Burnett and Palin pitched the show to the four major broadcast networks, but they all passed on the project. A decision is expected to be reached within the next couple of days.
