Ann Peacock to adapt fantasy adventure 'Airman'

Ann Peacock will write the adaptation of novel Airman for Disney and Robert Zemeckis’ ImageMovers, Variety reports. Gil Kenan will direct the $150-million project. The fantasy adventure is about the son of a king’s bodyguard who is imprisoned when the king is murdered, and designs a flying machine to save his family. Peacock previously adapted The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe.
