The teen behind 2007’s ”Beautiful Girls” has already scored another hit with ”Fire Burning.” Kingston spends the rest of his sophomore album, Tomorrow, further exploring that tune’s vaguely reggae-flavored brand of sub-T-Pain electro-pop. Though he’s got plenty of hooks, personality is in much shorter supply. No self-respecting artist should have to rely on appearances from the likes of Good Charlotte and Wyclef Jean to break up the monotony of his own performances. C+
