Liam Neeson in talks for thriller 'Unknown White Male'

Liam Neeson is in talks to star in thriller Unknown White Male, which will be directed by Orphan‘s Jaume Collet-Serra. Variety reports that Neeson is in negotiations to play a doctor visiting Berlin who goes into a coma following a car accident. When he wakes up, he discovers his wife doesn’t recognize him and is living with a dangerous man who has assumed his identity.

Joel Silver is producing the Dark Castle thriller with Leonard Goldberg. Oliver Butcher and Stephen Cornwell wrote the script, based on French author Didier Van Cauwelaert’s novel Out of My Head. The film is set to go into production in January 2010.
