The Office‘s Pam is off the market, and now so is the actress who plays her: Jenna Fischer, 35, said yes to writer Lee Kirk, 37, on June 30 while the couple vacationed in Paris.

MARRIED
American Idol judge Kara DioGuardi, 38, tied the knot with longtime boyfriend Mike McCuddy on July 5 in Prospect Harbor, Maine.

INJURED
Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler, 61, has suffered a leg injury that forced the band to postpone five of its U.S. concerts after June 28. Those shows will be rescheduled, according to the group’s website.

COURTS
Less than a month after Usher, 30, filed for divorce from Tameka Raymond, 38, Raymond is having her say: According to documents filed by her lawyer on June 29 in Fulton County, Ga., Raymond had ”every reason to believe her marriage was intact.” Her statements contradict Usher’s claim that they have been separated since July 2008…. Three’s Company‘s Joyce DeWitt, 60, was arrested July 4 on suspicion of driving under the influence in El Segundo, Calif. The actress could not be reached for comment.

ELECTED
On June 30, the Minnesota Supreme Court finally declared former SNL cast member Al Franken, 58, the winner of the state’s U.S. Senate race. The seat had been vacant since January while former senator Norm Coleman challenged the results of the very close election.

DEATHS
The Streets of San Francisco star Karl Malden, 97, died in L.A. on July 1…. Music entrepreneur Allen Klein, 77, whose clients included the Beatles and the Rolling Stones, died in New York on July 4 after a battle with Alzheimer’s disease…. British actress Mollie Sugden (Are You Being Served?), 86, died in Guildford, England, on July 1…. Golden Globe-winning actor Harve Presnell, 75, died in Santa Monica June 30 of pancreatic cancer.

Goodbye, House; hello, White House! On July 6, Kal Penn, 32, began as an associate director in the Office of Public Engagement, where he’ll connect the Obama administration with Asian-American communities. Despite his celeb status, Penn told reporters on his first day, ”I expect to be treated like any other staff member.”

Jonas Brothers fans had a different reason to scream when they learned that Kevin, 21, got engaged to his girlfriend of nearly two years, Danielle Deleasa, 22, on July 1. The eldest JoBro popped the question after jetting from the trio’s Vancouver concert to Deleasa’s family home in New Jersey. Congratulations poured in via Twitter from celebrities, including Nia Vardalos, who called herself ”one pissed off cougar.”
