Jay Leno's free 'Comedy Stimulus' show attracts thousands

Posted on

Over 2,000 residents of Wilmington, Ohio lined up for tickets for Jay Leno’s upcoming free “Comedy Stimulus” stand-up show there on May 10, reports the Associated Press. The city of 12,000 has been hit hard by the recession, especially after DHL announced plans to pull its U.S. hub out of the area to save money. Leno has already performed free shows in the equally downtrodden Detroit, Mich. area.
