MUSIC
1. FUNHOUSE, Pink
Breaking up is no call to break down, as divorcée Pink gets some musical therapy on her powerful disc. Not that she has all the answers: ”Please Don’t Leave Me” eventually gives way to ”It’s All Your Fault.”

TV
2. KRISTEN WIIG on ‘Saturday Night Live’
SNL stars come in two flavors: hams who do characters, and utility players who do everything else. Wiig is both.

MOVIES
3. THE CURIOUS CASE OF BENJAMIN BUTTON trailer Brad Pitt ages backward, while time rolls on for Cate Blanchett, as this bittersweet preview introduces two lovers forced to ”meet in the middle.”

DVD
4. REACH OUT Four Tops DVD
Honor the recently departed Levi Stubbs with this disc featuring 22 of the Tops’ best performances. The bonus? Previously unreleased a cappella mixes that will thrill purists.

WEB
5. POLADROID.NET
If you miss the days of shakin’ it like a Polaroid picture, this site lets you do it virtually, turning digital pics into classic-looking snaps.

BOOKS
6. BEAUTIFUL SHEEP, by Kathryn Dun
Who needs an artful tome (with photos by Paul Farnham) touting the woolly belles of the barnyard? Ewe do.

STAGE AND MOVIES
7. KRISTIN SCOTT THOMAS in ‘The Seagull’ and ‘I’ve Loved You So Long’
Can’t get to NYC for Scott Thomas’ Broadway debut? Check out her starkly honest film role as an ex-con rediscovering her convictions.

TV
8. KEVIN MCKIDD on ‘Grey’s Anatomy’
We loved him in Journeyman (axed) and Rome (ditto). Now McKidd has job security on Grey’s as ex-Army doc McStudly, who’s rocking Cristina’s world…and ours.

WEB
9. MTVMUSIC.COM
See? They do play videos. Groove old-school on Biz Markie and Dire Straits, then Rickroll yourself with ”Never Gonna Give You Up.”

READER’S CHOICE*: TV
10. THE UNIT
CBS’ gunners have a new night (Sunday), new IDs in Witness Protection, and a new teammate: Nicole Steinwedell. Do you need more reasons to watch? —Submitted by Torin Johnson

READER’S CHOICE*: TV
11. EDDIE CAHILL on ‘CSI: NY’
The biggest thing I’m into right now is Eddie Cahill on CSI: NY. He’s the real reason the show’s worth watching. —Ragna

Eddie Cahill — he’s my must list for Wednesday nights! Without my weekly fix of Detective Flack I don’t know what I’d do (lol). —Beth

READER’S CHOICE*: MOVIES
12. THE READER trailer
Can Kate Winslet finally get her Oscar?? —Lizzy

Must Actress: Kate Winslet is finally back. Her two new movies [The Reader and Revolutionary Road] (one will finally get her an Oscar because it’s about friggin’ time) look amazing and will once more inspire critics and fans to call her the greatest actress of our time, and that Vanity Fair shoot marks her arrival as a sex symbol (again, it’s about friggin’ time). —Julie

READER’S CHOICE*: DVD
13. KUNG FU PANDA on DVD and Blu-ray
For some strange reason, they have decided to release this on a Sunday, rather than the normal Tuesday, but that’s all for the better: No work on the weekends = more time to watch the best ‘toon to come out of DreamWorks since the original Shrek. —Daniel

READER’S CHOICE*: BOOKS
14. HARRY, A HISTORY, by Melissa Anelli
Must Book — Melissa Anelli’s Harry: A History offers an overview of the growth of the Harry Potter fandom from the inside. Anelli is the webmistress of the Leaky Cauldron and has been involved with the explosion of Potter excitement since very early on. It’s a great book!! —David

Melissa Anelli’s Harry, A History is a must-read. It is a wonderfully written book, filled with reminisces about the phenomenon that has become such an integral part of my life. I can’t imagine a more insightful novel about the Potter fandom than this, and the interview and foreword with J.K. Rowling is just the icing on the delicious cake that is Harry, A History. —Brenna

MUSIC
15. NEW KIDS ON THE BLOCK TOUR
Make fun of me if you want to but on my Must List is the New Kids on the Block concert tour. I went to the October 24 show in Chicago. The energy in that place was amazing, and there wasn’t an empty seat in the building. For being almost 40, they still have ”the right stuff.” —katiej
