(FROM VARIETY) ? A celebrity version of the long-running gameshow Family Feud is headed for primetime, possibly as soon as this summer, courtesy of NBC and American Idol producer FreemantleMedia North America, who are fast-tracking the project. It is still unknown what format the show will take. It’s possible producers will pit celebrity families, such as the Baldwins and the Lohans, against each other, or they will borrow from celebrity Feud episodes from the past and have TV and movie ”families” compete, such as the cast of Lost versus the stars from 24. Although Family Feud has aired for 30 years, this will be its first regular primetime run. (Variety)
