Blair Underwood summary

Dirty Sexy Money
The Character
Simon Elder, the gajillionaire philanthropist/real estate mogul out to dismantle the Darling family, who he believes embody everything decadent and wrong about the world.
Underwood Type
His landlord giveth and taketh away with small, slightly smirky smiles and a blithe sense of entitlement that makes nearly everyone around him weak in the knees, including most women and Peter Krause.
Blair fares…
well. He’s too high-minded to be dirty, but he’s way sexy and moneyed.

The New Adventures of Old Christine
The Character
Mr. Harris, fourth-grade teacher to Julia Louis-Dreyfus’ TV son, and Christine’s on-again, off-again boyfriend.
Underwood Type
He’s a smirker who makes every woman — not just Christine but also the ”meanie moms” — weak in the knees.
Blair fares…
better than your average educator, coming off like a fantasy teacher whom moms (and some dads) would want to hang with after Parents Night. But he’s a little squirmy in his slapstick love scenes with Julia.

In Treatment
The Character
Alex, a Navy pilot who holds himself and everyone around him to rigorous standards, and is seeing Gabriel Byrne’s therapist for his recent brush with death in Iraq.
Underwood Type
A control freak with a smile that’s — you know where this is going — smirky, Alex would rather chop you off at the knees than make you weak in them.
Blair fares…
best when he’s neurotic. It’s fascinating to see Underwood show the dark side of his charm, turning Alex into a stubborn, insufferable head case.
