The View cohost Elisabeth Hasselbeck, 30, and her spouse, NFL quarterback Tim Hasselbeck, 29, are the parents of a second child, son Taylor Thomas, born Nov. 9 in Arizona.

Mickey Rourke, 55, was arrested for DUI on Nov. 8 in Miami Beach. Police claim the actor failed a field sobriety test after being pulled over for making an illegal U-turn on his scooter. No court date has been set…. On Nov. 8, London authorities arrested singer Amy Winehouse‘s husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, 25, for ”conspiracy to pervert the course of justice.” The BBC reports that Fielder-Civil — set to face charges for a June incident in which he allegedly assaulted a bartender — attempted to bribe his victim to withdraw his police statement. Fielder-Civil could not be reached for comment. Meanwhile, a rep for Winehouse says the singer ”has not been arrested or charged with anything.”… A Boston priest accused of stalking Conan O’Brien, 44, was arrested Nov. 2 while trying to attend a taping of Late Night With Conan O’Brien in NYC. Rev. David Ajemian, 46, allegedly harassed the talk-show host for over a year with e-mails and letters, in which he’s said to have referred to himself as a ”priest-stalker.” Ajemian — who’s been placed on leave by the Archdiocese of Boston — could face three months in jail if convicted. Reps for O’Brien and Ajemian declined to comment…. The mother of a Hannah Montana fan filed a class action suit on Nov. 13 in Nashville against Smiley Miley Inc., the company that runs one of 14-year-old singer Miley Cyrus‘ official sites. The woman claims MileyWorld.com misrepresented the availability of concert tickets for fan-club members, who paid $29.95 to join. The suit could reap damages of over $5 million. A rep for Cyrus denies the claims and adds that ”more than 70,000 MileyWorld members obtained concert tickets as a result of their membership.”

Donda West, 58, mother of rapper Kanye West, died Nov. 10 in Marina del Rey, Calif., of undetermined causes following cosmetic surgery, according to reports…. Director Delbert Mann, 87, who won an Oscar for the 1955 hit Marty, of pneumonia, Nov. 11, in L.A…. Emmy-winning director-producer Jack Kuney (Play of the Week), 88, of heart failure, Nov. 7, in Bradenton, Fla….
