In keeping with the ceremony’s reality theme, the producers found two ”real” people to present the award for Outstanding Reality-Competition Series. Amy Scholsohn of Orlando, Fla., and Bruce T. Miliam Jr. of Joliet, Ill., were brought onstage blindfolded, apparently having no idea that they were about to present an award on live TV for an audience of millions, not to mention enjoy a close encounter with Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston. Miliam was so thrilled that he started to cry. Scholsohn got to tell Aniston that her own pals think she looks like the Friends star. In fact, the pair looked ready to team up for a stint on The Amazing Race, which won the trophy.
