Is ”Joey” a worthy successor to ”Friends”? Weigh in!

As you may have heard, Friends‘ Joey Tribbiani (Matt Le Blanc) has moved to pursue his acting career in Los Angeles, where he’s hanging with a whole new crowd: nephew and roommate Michael (Paulo Costanzo), hovering sister Gina (Drea de Matteo), and hot but married neighbor Alex (Andrea Anders). And except for a nostalgic mention here or there, his old Friends have vanished forever — or at least until the ratings need a bump. So for many of us, the laughs are counterbalanced by the jarring sight of familiar Joey interacting with a bunch of strangers.
