We gave it a B
Miguel Collins, a.k.a. Sizzla, has consistently broken creative boundaries by fusing his Rasta principles with dancehall rhythms. Here, his roots-and-culture philosophies still reign, but he also sings about his love life (in a strictly righteous way, of course). His rapid-fire vocal styling is ammunition to question corrupt leadership (”You World Leaders”), while his playful cover of Dylan’s ”Subterranean Homesick Blues” is a charmer.
