In the latest round in the divorce of Larry Wachowski, 38, and Thea Bloom, the flamboyant Matrix cocreator refuses to give his ex any part of his share of the nearly $1 billion franchise that he now says was conceived before they wed in 1993.


Montel Williams, 47, was held by Detroit Metro airport security, Nov. 3, for carrying marijuana paraphernalia. Williams, who has multiple sclerosis and is prescribed pot for pain, paid a $100 fine…. Police issued a warrant for Juvenile (Terius Gray), 28, after he allegedly failed to pay child support, Nov. 7 — the day he was notified where to go for a paternity test. A rep says Gray will pay up if he’s the dad…. Ryan Haddon, 31, was released without bail Nov. 10 in Las Vegas, after being arrested for misdemeanor battery for allegedly hitting husband Christian Slater, 34, with a glass. The actor received stitches on his head. No charges have been filed. Haddon could not be reached for comment.


A Pennsylvania couple sued Justin Guarini, 25, Nov. 7, claiming the American Idol runner-up was reading when his truck rear-ended their car March 12, 2002. The couple seeks unspecified damages. The singer could not be reached for comment…. Catherine Zeta-Jones, 34, and hubby Michael Douglas, 59, won $24,220 in damages Nov. 7 from London’s Hello! for publishing unauthorized photos of their 2000 nuptials. The same day, the actress — who initially demanded $835,000 from the mag in part because she claimed the photos were unflattering — announced that she will sue any outlet that links her with the Atkins diet because it makes her ”look as if she is more concerned with her outward appearance than with…health.”… After two years of marriage, country music’s Lorrie Morgan, 44, and Sammy Kershaw, 45, have his-and-hers protection orders. Each accuses the other of assault during a series of arguments. Nashville police are investigating…. Producers Darryl Lassiter and David Gough sued Fox for $150 million on Oct. 16 in NYC, saying the studio stole the idea for Drumline from their 2000 marching-band flick Pay the Price. Fox could not be reached for comment…. On Nov. 7, a Michigan judge granted Eminem (ne Marshall Mathers, above), 31, temporary custody of daughter Hailie Jade, 7, after warrants were issued for his ex, Kimberly Mathers, 28, when she failed to show up for two drug-related court appearances. Kimberly’s attorney could not be reached for comment…. Kathryn Keats and Mark Gunnar Madsen sued New Line in L.A. Nov. 5, saying the hit Elf is based on their screenplay A Roomful of Trees; they seek unspecified damages.


The late Johnny Cash won three Country Music Awards Nov. 5, including Video of the Year for his rendition of Nine Inch Nails’ ”Hurt.”


Bobbi Boland, the $2 million Broadway comedy starring Farrah Fawcett, 56, as an aging beauty queen, was pulled during previews two weeks before its Nov. 24 opening.
