Break out the bonbons! Peg Bundy, er, Katey Sagal, 47, is heading to the altar. On Sept. 5, the 8 Simple Rules star announced that she and Kurt Sutter, 40, a writer and coproducer of The Shield will wed. No date has been set.


Is it an accident that Friends’ Matt LeBlanc has been practicing with his pal Rachel’s newborn? The 36-year-old and his wife, Melissa, who married in May, are due in mid-March. She has two children from a former marriage, but this will be the couple’s first child.


Boogie Nights star Mark Wahlberg, 32, right, announced his latest role: Dad. On Sept. 2, the actor and his girlfriend, Rhea Durham, welcomed their first child, daughter Ella Rae, in Los Angeles.


Celeb stylist Derek Khan, 47, was sentenced to one and a half years in prison Sept. 3 for pawning $2.8 million worth of jewelry loaned to him by the likes of Harry Winston, in order to support his lavish lifestyle…. His behavior was anything but civil: A Minnesota jury dismissed a civil suit against rocker Marilyn Manson Sept. 8. The plaintiff, concert security guard David Diaz, sought $75,000, claiming that he suffered emotionally after Manson rubbed his crotch on Diaz’s head at a concert three years ago. After three days of deliberation, the jury apparently found that the act was part of a stage show and was not insulting or hurtful…. It wasn’t only audiences that found nothing very funny about Dickie Roberts: Former Child Star. Wham-O is suing Paramount Pictures, contending that the studio’s film and trailers depict their Slip ‘N Slide toy being used by someone over the age limit (David Spade, right) and without the proper safety precautions. A studio rep called the claims ”entirely without legal merit.”… The parents of the late actress-singer Aaliyah reached a settlement in the negligence lawsuit they filed against plane operator Blackhawk International Airways Corp., owner Skystream Inc., and flight broker Atlantic Flight Group, after their daughter’s death in a 2001 plane crash. Details of the settlement, filed in a Florida court Sept. 5, were undisclosed…. Tom Sizemore is back in court. Again. On Sept. 5 the Saving Private Ryan star was sued for sexual harassment and battery by personal assistant Pauline Briones. The suit comes just a month after the actor was convicted of abusing former girlfriend Heidi Fleiss. Sizemore is scheduled to appear in an L.A. court and, if convicted, could face up to four years in prison. His attorney could not be reached for comment.


Wearing enough rouge to shame Tammy Faye, Boy George is Broadway bound as nightclub legend Leigh Bowery in November’s Taboo. How’ll the blue-haired matinee ladies react? Says George (with producer Rosie O’Donnell): ”Anyone that’s got blue hair should understand.”


UberAngel Cameron Diaz, 31, had a nose for trouble on her birthday, Aug. 30. The actress wiped out while surfing in Hawaii and was seen a few days later with bandages on her schnoz….
