Bidding ”Bye Bye Bye” to bachelorhood, ‘N Syncer-turned-actor (and Fame host) Joey Fatone, 26, popped the question to girlfriend Kelly Baldwin on June 18 in — where else? — Orlando. The couple has a daughter, Brianna, 2…. On June 26, Kevin Costner, 48, and girlfriend Christine Baumgartner, 29, announced they’d tie the knot. This will be Costner’s second marriage, Baumgartner’s first.


The boy is yours. R&B songstress Brandy (Brandy Norwood, below), 24, and husband of two years, Robert Smith, 23, announced their separation. They have a 1-year-old daughter, Sy’rai, whose birth was the finale of an MTV reality series chronicling her pregnancy.


On June 25 in Manhattan, Kerry Gonzalez, 25, of New Jersey, pleaded guilty to charges of making a digital bootleg of The Hulk and airing it on the Internet before the movie’s June 20 release. He’ll be sentenced Sept. 26 and faces up to three years in jail…. On June 25, a California jury convicted aspiring rapper Antron Singleton (a.k.a. Big Lurch), 26, of the first-degree murder of Tynisha Ysais, 21, in April 2002. At press time, Singleton, who pleaded not guilty for reasons of insanity, awaited sentencing…. A case of cold feet? On June 19, model Rachel Hunter, 33, withdrew her divorce petition filed against estranged husband Rod Stewart, 58, just three days prior. Hunter’s lawyer declined to comment…. British children’s author Alan Davidson is suing DreamWorks for allegedly using his 1995 book Escape From Cold Ditch as the basis for 2000’s Claymation flick Chicken Run (right). DreamWorks calls the suit ”entirely without merit.”… Silent Bob, where are you when he needs you? Actor Jason Mewes (Clerks), 29, is being sued by L.A.-based production company CEG Rock Bottom, which claims Mewes’ refusal to cooperate with the company’s plans to make a film about his life (and, presumably, his struggle with heroin) is a violation of the terms of their March contract…. Maybe he wanted Ashton Kutcher’s spot in the Rat Pack. On June 30, Kirk Burrowes sued Sean ”P. Diddy” Combs, 33, alleging his former Bad Boy Entertainment partner cheated him out of $25 million and threatened him with a baseball bat. Combs has said the claims ”are pure fantasy.”


Prison habitue and Death Row Records founder Marion ”Suge” Knight, 37, was busted June 27 in L.A. for allegedly violating his parole (the second time this year) by striking a nightclub parking attendant. He is being held without bail. Knight’s attorney, who claims he has yet to see the arrest report, says: ”Suge weighs 300-something pounds. If he had punched some guy in the face, that guy would have major injuries.”… On June 27, L.A. police picked up three members of Snoop Dogg’s posse (two on misdemeanor warrants, one on a parole violation) after being tipped off there were firearms in the van they drove to the BET Awards. At press time, no charges had been brought against Snoop (a.k.a. Calvin Broadus), 31, whose 1990 felony conviction prohibits him from possessing firearms or hiring armed security. Snoop’s reps did not return calls.
