Schwarzenegger is treated for ''T3'' injury

Schwarzenegger is treated for ”T3” injury. The 55-year-old waited until the shoot was finished before undergoing surgery on his damaged shoulder

The Terminator may not be as indestructible as he once was, but he can still handle a lot of pain with cyborg-like stoicism. Arnold Schwarzenegger tore the rotator cuff in his left shoulder last fall while shooting ”Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines,” but Reuters reports that he waited until Wednesday, long after the shoot was over, to undergo surgery to repair it.

The 55-year-old actor was treated at St. John’s Health Center in Santa Monica and released the next day ”feeling great and in very good spirits,” his publicist said. ”I’m feeling great. I am very fortunate to have had such fantastic surgeons at St. John’s work on my shoulder,” Ah-nuld said in a statement. He’ll be wearing a sling for the next three to four weeks, but he’ll be back in the public eye the whole time, on a multi-state tour of his Inner-City Games Foundation. ”T3” comes to theaters on July 2.
