(Xbox; Ubi Soft; Teen) The original 1983 Dragon’s Lair was the first laserdisc-based quarter-muncher, a feat that earned it a place in the Smithsonian. Unfortunately, its successor doesn’t even merit a footnote in the history books. The concept is sound: Dirk the Daring returns to the castle — now a wicked 3-D fun house with moving walls — to save Princess Daphne from the evil wizard Mordroc. The game, however, stumbles in its own execution. The most heinous act? The herky-jerky camera angles that will have you reaching for a Dramamine.
