ARRESTS He’s not in Stuckeyville anymore. On Aug. 1, Ed doc Josh Randall, 30, pleaded not guilty to drug possession after his July 31 arrest in a Brooklyn park for allegedly buying crack from — and then smoking it with — homeless man Charles Foster, 40. The actor’s lawyer denies the charges, saying Randall got lost and gave the man $20 out of charity; Foster could not be reached. An NBC spokesman says the incident will not affect Ed’s shooting schedule. Randall is set to return to court Sept. 9…. On Aug. 2, after spending four days in an L.A. jail, Jackass’ Steve-O (ne Stephen Glover), 28, was released on $150,000 bail and ordered to turn himself in to authorities in Terrebonne Parish, La., to face charges of felony obscenity and second-degree battery. Cops allege that on July 11, at the Houma, La., nightclub the Abyss, Steve-O stapled his scrotum to his thigh on stage — and that the atmosphere his act created led to an incident in which a bouncer knocked a 19-year-old man unconscious. The club’s owner, who also faces charges, had no comment. Steve-O’s Louisiana-based lawyer could not be reached…. ”Come Home With Me” rapper Cam’ron (a.k.a. Cameron Giles), 26, pleaded not guilty July 31 to felony gun-possession charges after being pulled over in New York City for allegedly having a phony fire-department placard in his car window. A lawyer for Cam’ron, due back in court Sept. 9, says the performer ”will be vindicated.”
