Judging by the big movers on the charts, we live in a world of alternate realities. Tom Cruise’s weirdo sci-fi allegory Vanilla Sky, about a publisher’s brush with death and redemption, makes its case on both the VHS and DVD lists. How High–starring rappers Method Man and Redman as two down homies bringing some herbin’ renewal to Harvard–makes the grade as the week’s other debut. And, hey…isn’t that Cruise’s other fantasy foray, Legend, on the DVD chart?
