Several tepidly received Wayans vehicles later, Scary Movie (with a little push-up from Carmen Electra) is cutting up serious competition like Nutty Professor II: The Klumps and Gone in 60 Seconds. Meanwhile, in another part of the hood, Shaft got shafted with a so-so No. 3 bow.
