Move over, Donald Trump. Architect Richard Meier (designer of L.A.’s Getty Center) is building twin towers in Manhattan’s Greenwich Village — due to open next fall. Already Martha Stewart and Calvin Klein have reportedly picked out pads. The domestic diva has dibs on the north tower’s penthouse, which goes for $3.75 million; Klein will pay about $20 million for a triplex penthouse in the south tower. Full-floor condos range from 2,000 to 4,000 square feet, with floor-to-ceiling windows and at least one terrace. Another perk: Residents will be able to order room service from the planned street-level cafe. Talk about a good thing.
