4 BR, 4 BTH Spanish-style home in Pasadena
Price: $1.1 million

Who says there’s no way out? Stone Temple Pilots frontman Scott Weiland has unloaded the home he and ex-wife Jannina bought in 1996 to two Internet executives. Built in 1929, the 3,400-square-foot house was designed by architect John Paul Jones and boasts hardwood floors, crown moldings, and a gourmet kitchen. The grounds include a fully irrigated avocado orchard. (Carol Thomson and Patti Sano, out of separate Coldwell Banker offices, handled the sale.) Weiland and his wife of six months, model Mary Forsberg, have their own abode in L.A.
