In this affable, low-key romance, the leader of a group of laborers hired to paint a series of enormous electrical pylons falls for a backpacker with a severe case of wanderlust. So expertly does the film establish the camaraderie among the workers and the attraction between the lovers, that the inevitable third-act conflict feels as blatantly artificial as the metal towers studding the English countryside.
