The vocals of the late Cline have been stripped from the original records and added to new, ’60s-sounding arrangements along with the harmonies of would-be stars (Beth Nielsen Chapman) and fading legends (Waylon Jennings, Glen Campbell). The results range from indescribably awful (”That Wonderful Someone,” with Bob Carlisle) to weirdly plausible (”Life’s Railway to Heaven,” with Willie Nelson). Overall, the most disturbing bit of grave robbing since Nat and Natalie Cole. D-
