This meat-and-potatoes collection of gangsta rap by second-stringers like Fiend, Mystikal, and Master P (who stars in the movie) isn’t likely to give Dr. Dre many sleepless nights. But despite the no-frills production, most of these 23 songs on I’m Bout It are funky and filthy enough to satisfy hip-hop fans who can’t get enough of that hardcore stuff. B-
