The Trippy-dippy activism of last summer’s H.O.R.D.E. tour, featuring the likes of Blues Traveler and Ziggy Marley, turns shrill on All Access: The H.O.R.D.E. Festival, coming across more like zealotry than consciousness-raising. For a CD-ROM based on a concert tour, it’s dismaying that this offers a measly five songs and four videos (including a tinny-sounding Sheryl Crow). And the pseudo-interactive search for an elusive backstage pass lacks pizzazz; once you find it you can watch former MTV VJ Karen Duffy interview band members — hardly a payoff. Yes, you’re given all access, but the access isn’t all that good.
