Having so cockily conquered their homeland several years ago, Oasis finally invade America’s top 10 with (What’s the Story) Morning Glory? — a startling rise for an album that just a month ago, before the ballad ”Wonderwall” took off, was stalled at No. 70. Oasis are actually the second set of limeys to enjoy a significant album sales boost in the last few weeks….Or had you forgotten that Bush too claim U.K. citizenship?
