FELONY LANCE Henriksen, Leo Rossi (1995, New Line, R, priced for rental) A renegade CIA agent slaughters a dozen policemen — and fails to notice the bright klieg lights of a cameraman from a Cops-like show. This must be another direct-to-video movie from David A. Prior (Mutant Species), whose action pictures exist in a world that accords with the fantasies of any 12-year-old boy. Suffice it to say that if the movie’s ”professional” killers would only check to be sure they’d finished the job, the story would stop cold. If you’re looking for a tight thriller, then all you’ve got here is unwinding videotape. But if you are looking for an evening of pleasant inanity, Prior comes through. C
