My Year With the Stork Club is a child-care version of Trading Places, resulting in domestic catastrophe — unless wrecked lives, multiple (and simultaneous) infidelities, and teetering mental stability are your idea of home bliss. For anyone who is raising (or has raised) a family, there’s joy and revenge in this wild look at familiar territory. It reads as if Kafka tended kiddies and kept house. A-
