THE CEMETARY CLUB Ellen Burstyn, Danny Aiello (1993, Touchstone, PG-13, $94.95) A Jewish widow (Burstyn) stuck in shivah city gets offered a second chance at life by a kindly nudnick (Aiello) who won’t say no-hey, didn’t this come out on tape two weeks ago? Sure did, only then it was called Used People and starred Shirley MacLaine. Cemetery Club is measurably worse, despite likable leads. Costars Olympia Dukakis and Diane Ladd are never less than shrill, and the sub-sitcom jokes reek of the Broadway stage from whence this came and should have stayed. D -TB
