In Eldon, Iowa, the gourmet treat at Roseanne and Tom Arnold’s new real-life diner, Roseanne and Tom’s Big Food Diner (opening in January), will be the scrumptious same. You want to chow down? You do it like this:

THE CHEFS:
*Roseanne Arnold
*Tom Arnold
*Tom’s pal, Kevin ”Mo” Moreland

THE STUFF:
*Hamburger meat
*Garlic salt
*Salt
*Pepper
*Pickles
*Ketchup
*Mustard
*”Liquid cheese” (Velveeta in au squirt container)
*Hamburger buns

WHAT THEY DO WITH THE STUFF:
Roseanne: You cook it up.
Tom: It’s wet because of the grease.
Roseanne: Yeah, and you scoop it up and put it on the white hamburger bun.
Mo: With a little bit of garlic salt.
Roseanne: Then you put ketchup and pickles and mustard on it. Tom: And cheese, too. Liquid cheese.
Mo: Yeah, it’s cheese spread.
Tom: Tell (the Roseanne producers) I want that on the show. They use cheese slices. I think it’s funny to see them dip the liquid cheese out and put a glob on.
Mo: It’s really a condiment.
Tom: Yeah, it just comes out of the thing: Squeesh.
